Picture a messy room. A lot of trash, and a lot of valuable stuff in there. Can you sort it out quick? Comodo System Cleaner can, at least when it's about your computer. You don't want a big vacuum cleaner in there, that will remove the trash, but will also destroy some valuable things in it way. You want a surgical tool that can select trash from treasure in an instant.

In your computer world this dilemma is obsolete, because you can install Comodo System Cleaner now. Clean your computer risk-free. Here's how we can do it:

- Deep registry cleaning. This results in bigger stability and better speed for your system;
- Deep cleaning of hard-drive. You will notice a lot of extra free space when you do this. And don't worry, we won't delete anything you actually need;
- SafeDelete is another thing you can remember. This means we backup all the files before cleaning, so you can restore accidentally deleted items;
- Privacy cleaner is the thing you need so all your computer use history goes away. Nobody needs to see what you are doing, right?

When was the last time you lost some data?

The lucky ones will say "Never!" but the ones who have been around computers for some time now might do the "face-palm" sign.

Because of the potential penalties of data loss, safe copies of your data come in handy anytime. We had our fair share of data loss here too, so we decided a bac...kup tool was necessary. A few brainstorm meetings later, Comodo Backup was born, with the needs of the user in mind.

First, we addressed the hassle of having to remember to backup you data, so we implemented a "set and forget" operation mode. Download, install, and 5 minutes later you can forget about it. What can you do with it? Well, a lot of things, but we'll only stick to a few features here.
- Backup anywhere: Local hard-drive, virtual hard-drive, FTP servers, removable devices, or our own online storage servers;
- Easy to configure... as 1, 2, 3. Well, maybe a bit more complicated, it will take about 3-4 minutes, not just a few seconds, but the interface we built will help you all the way;
- Schedule your backup whenever you want. You can save a files right after the last modification, or have your computer backup files while you sleep;
- Predefined backup profiles. One man's trash is another man's treasure, they say. Whatever is important to you has a predefined profile, from critical system files to email accounts, going through multimedia files, gaming profiles or important documents;
- Password protected backups keep the data you backed up for your eyes only.

No idea what files are safe at a certain time? Check your email, Comodo Backup will notify you of completed jobs. And you can also check activity log of all the operations performed.

How to store multiple backups in same file?

You can now keep all your incremental backups and full backup in the same file. Let's say you want to keep 1000 versions of your work files. It's easier to have a single file with all 1000 versions of your work, than having so many files. Go to "New backup", choose what to backup, choose incremental/differential and leave other settings as default. In backup step 2 choose your destination (for example "D:\Backups\MyBackup.cbu"). Run the backup and choose Yes when prompted to save as profile.

Each time you run the backup a new incremental/differential snapshot will be appended to the cbu file.

Incremental/differential cbu file backup is performed at 64KB block level, so if a single byte changes in a large file, only the changed block will be backed-up.

To restore, go to Restore Step 2 and choose which snapshot you want to restore, by default the last version is selected.
